Legally I think we have to say wash with like colors, use cold water and air dry it. We personally don't separate our laundry, but that's just us. You do you. We're neurodivergent, not laundry rocket scientists.

  • Once you place an order, we will process it within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • We work with reputable shipping partners to ensure timely and secure deliveries. The shipping method will be selected based on your location and the availability of the product.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the items ordered. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

4. Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer shipping to select international destinations. However, when we do, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient of the package is responsible for any such additional charges.

6. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

7. Order Status:

  • You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account on our website. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, feel free to reach out to our customer support team 

8. Undelivered Packages:

  • In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the shipping carrier's facility, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases if you got your own address wrong. 

9. Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • Great care is taken in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If, however, your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, initiate a replacement or refund.

10. Order Modifications:

  • If you need to make any changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or canceling an item, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed and shipped but if it's already in process or shipped... you're kind of out of luck. I suggest buying our Bad Luck Bucket Hat. 

11. Holiday Shipping:

  • During peak holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please place your orders early to avoid potential delays.

Refund Policy

All items are final sale - Refunds will only be made if you receive a wrong/ incomplete order. No exceptions otherwise. Returning things is a lot of work.
